At Gundam Planet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Gundam Planet account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
